Studio TK Launches Punt Collection, a Mid-century Collection Emphasizing Art and Design

Studio TK has announced the Punt Collection in partnership with Punt Mobles. This mid-century modern furniture collection draws inspiration from popular art and design trends.

“Punt embraces a new kind of sophistication and quality for furniture. Through the combination of materials, the collection can enhance any space,” says Charlie Bell, President, Studio TK. “The beauty of this collection is its versatility—each individual piece can add interest to a room, or the entire collection together creates a modern and inviting area.”

Individual pieces can be displayed alongside other signature furniture pieces to personalize, complement, or transition any work environment. The collection, featuring Literatura Open Shelf System, Mitis Table, Mava Wood Guest Chair, and Stockholm Credenza, comes together to create private offices and meeting spaces that offer a refined residential atmosphere in a commercial environment.

Literatura Open Shelf System is an open bookcase featuring a small, distinctive storage unit on casters ideal for displaying and storing books, works of art, music, photos, and souvenirs. Designed by Vicent Martinez, Literatura integrates with all kinds of architecture and interior design to create unique one-of-a-kind spaces. This light, balanced collection of cubby holes can stand alone or serve as a room partition.

From the Latin word for lightweight, Mitis is a collection of rectangular wood tables by designer Mario Ruiz. It is available with an optional glass top that offers a natural, essential, and consistent expression. Mitis offers a solid appearance and exquisite detail in the tabletop and trestle-like grooved legs. Tables are available in three heights and widths to accommodate private offices and large meeting rooms.

The elegant wooden armchair, Mava, has a light appearance that makes it the perfect guest chair and brings warmth to smaller spaces. Designer Stephanie Jasny used an image of original wooden clothes pegs from the early 20th century as her inspiration. Like the slot in the clothes peg, the slotted legs hold the backrest, which has a wide, open form that seems to fly in the wind like a piece of laundry.

Designer Mario Ruiz’s Stockholm Credenza conveys a new kind of sophistication with its combination of wood and metal materials. Stockholm brings a chic, modern, mid-century design element to any workspace. The credenza doors and drawers are without handles, highlighting the beauty and natural appearance of the wood grain as it flows across the storage fronts. The finished top is an elegant, anodized aluminum and can be customized to include a wire management flip-up door.
